Low Carb Noodle Stir Fry Recipe

  • 2 bags - Miracle Noodles
  • 7 ounces - Shrimp (pre-cooked)
  • 1 cup - Broccoli Flowerets
  • 1 medium - Zucchini or Summer Squash
  • 1 medium - Tomato
  • 1 cup - Mung Beans (sprouted)
  • 4 whole - Mushrooms (Brown, Italian, or Crimini)
  • 1/2 - Lime (juice from 1/2 lime)
  • 2 tbsp - Soy Sauce or Nama Shoyu

Ingredients Notes

You can substitute other lean protein sources in place of shrimp.

HCG Diet:
100 grams (3.5oz) of a LEAN PROTEIN SOURCE = veal, beef, chicken breast, turkey breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, shrimp, 1 egg+3 egg whites, or tofu. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed. The chicken breast must be removed from the bird prior to cooking.

Remove or replace chicken with appropriate protein source (tofu, etc.).

Be sure to use a gluten-free soy sauce or alternative.


  • Defrost and strain shrimp (this helps eliminate extra water from the recipe)
  • Boil noodles in miso enriched water (ALT: Salt water - This simply helps add flavor to the noodles) 
  • Strain noodles and stir-fry them on a non-stick pan until they are a little browned. (As desired) 
  • Add vegetables and stir-fry until mostly cooked. (As desired) 
  • Add shrimp. Add juice of 1/2 lime and soy sauce to taste. 
  • Stir-fry untill blended and shrimp is heated through. (If using already cooked and defrosted shrimp, this shouldn't take long.) 
  • Plate & top with cilantro or other herbs. (As desired)
