Low Carb Chocolate Pavlova

A 75 calorie chocolate dessert? Yes! Chocolate Pavlova is a chocolate dessert that has a crispy outside with a marshmallow-like center. Top it, eat it alone or even make a cookie out of it.Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. Cocoa
- 2 oz. Chocolate (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 tsp. Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Now Better Stevia
- 1/2 tsp. Cornstarch

Egg whites whip best when they are at room temperature.

Preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees fahrenheit.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate Egg whites into a clean, dry bowl.
- Whip egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Mix sugar, Now Better Stevia, and cornstarch.
- Slowly add in sugar mixture - 1 spoonful at a time - while increasing speed on mixer to high.
- Stop Mixer & add vanilla and vinegar.
- Whip until fully blended.
- Gently fold in cocoa and chopped chocolate until desired blend is achieved. (Sometimes a bit of stripes or speckles looks really good.)
- Smooth batter onto lined baking sheet whatever size and shape you prefer.
- Place in pre-heated oven.
- Bake for 60 - 60 Minutes.
Recipe can be doubled to create a deeper cake, or to place in two pans and create cake layers.
