Ingredients


  • 7 oz - Chicken Breast (chopped)
    OR Canned Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast
  • 1 package - Miracle Noodles Fettuccine Pasta
  • 4 cups - 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth (Swanson brand or equivalent)
  • 1/2 cup - Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup - Sliced Crimini Mushrooms (Italian/Brown)
  • 1/2 cup - Chopped Kale
  • 1/2 cup - Chopped Celery

Preparation


  1. Dice up chicken (or use the canned Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast).
  2. Cook chicken in non-stick pan with no oil (if beginning with raw chicken breast).
  3. Chop and measure vegetables.
  4. Add vegetables to pan with cooked chicken and cook until done (desired consistency).
  5. Meanwhile, drain and rinse Miracle Noodles. (You may choose to trim noodles into shorter length.)
  6. Place broth and drained noodles in a pan and bring to boil.
  7. Add cooked chicken and vegetables to broth and noodles.
  8. Serve Hot
